Accountability and Ambivalence

And here I thought that "Accountability" was my #1 A word to be more present, to have the story (instead of the story having me), and to continue propelling myself -- and my clients -- forward. Today's print copy of the WP contained a superb piece by Stacey Colino about "Ambivalence" and its key role in change. What an eye-opener that we can acknowledge ambivalence and figure out what's behind it (I like "underneath" even more) by simply asking: "Is it that [I] don't want to achieve this goal, or is the issue that it's too much work?" Thank you, Ms. Colino, and all the brilliant practitioners to whom you refer. You get an A+!
